About Phil
Originally from New Zealand, before moving to the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia, Phil shared an amazing childhood with his three brothers. He always found home where he was planted, and made immediate connection with those who came across his path.
During his studies of a Bachelor of Science at Massey University, Phil felt prompted to travel to the remote community of Huancayo, Peru to spend three months volunteering in various orphanages. This ignited a passion for serving humanity and pursuing justice for all.
Years later, this grew into several disaster relief trips around the USA as well as travel to India, Mexico, Argentina, Kenya amongst other nations. Throughout it all, has grown the global perspective of the common pursuit of humanity and the deep conviction of equality for all.
His passion for learning gained him a Post-Graduate Diploma in Theology from The Australian College of Theology.
Phil lives in Toledo with his wife, Meredith, and three children, Theodore Brave, Lincoln Justice and Winston Faith.
