Meredith, along with her husband Phil, are the Lead Pastors of Cornerstone Church. Being fiercely dedicated to sharing biblical truth, Meredith is a powerful teacher of the word of God with her first priority always being to lead believers to declare Jesus everywhere and lead them in a life of resilient faith. 

 

In every aspect of her ministry, Meredith outworks her passion to help people live out the fullness of their potential. She believes that each person’s unique, individual talents and skills are a reflection of the brilliance of God and that when utilized can create maximum impact. 

 

To more practically be able to coach people on this journey, Meredith has become certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, which has been designed to increase self-awareness, identify strengths and blind spots and achieve excellence.

As second generation leaders of Cornerstone Church, both Phil + Meredith are uniquely positioned and passionate about providing guidance to families navigating ministry life and particularly the transition into next-generation ministry roles.

Meredith is dedicated to being embedded within her local community to bring the hope of Jesus as well as practical support. A cause close to her heart is the work of ‘Bella Vita’, a Christ-centered organization that exists to create a world where every life is valued and every life knows its worth.

 

Growing up in a faith-filled environment, however her real journey with Jesus began in her youth, leading her to attend Bible College in Sydney, Australia, where she met Phil. Together, Phil and Meredith raise their three boys, Theo, Lincoln and Winston in Toledo, Ohio.
